The circular bar bell, looks like a beautifully premium PA piercing, tipped with Cubic Zirconia diamond simulant stones in crystal colour, the real silver plated pendant has Hoemo World branding engraved into the rear side. It's a statement piece in oversized design and on chunky chain, but slightly more sublte than some of our collection, and an IYKYK queer reference.
